Soon, I became a passionate music lover, studying the classics and manipulating instruments. But graduation came and no money to be made with my art. While the world of work and humdrum almost devoured me, I salvaged one skill, i.e., to listen to the sounds of subtle energy of people, their thoughts and emotions, and discern their melodies and dissonances. Exploring and honing this skill found its application in energy work. I called my first business “Harken,” to express that all comes from and with sound. Sound is within and all around, harmonious and disharmonious. Vitality gives off sound, and so does depression. All have their effect on every cell in the body, and on the environment, whereby love and talking about anything “truth” fills us with all-over tingles—the most delicious sounds of all—causing expansion where there was constriction.
What is YOUR sound? WHAT IS SOUND TO YOU?
